Our Vinyl Records understands that there are times when you may need to return an item. If an item is received damaged PLEASE CONTACT US within 24 hours of receiving the record. If the cause is determined to be shipping related, we will refund payment but reserve the right to decide shipping fee refunds on a case by case basis.
Shipping & handling costs will only be waived if the return is a result of our error.
Claims for items damaged in shipping must be submitted within three (3) business days after delivery. We will not be responsible for or issue a refund after three (3) business days.
Items that are returned more than 3 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, are missing parts, or returned to us without our authorization will not be refunded.
If a package is returned to us undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, contact us within 3 days of notification. The total sales amount, less a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges, will be refunded
No Exchanges
We cannot accept exchanges.

You will not receive any unsolicited e-mail from Our Vinyl Records unless you subscribed to our mailing list or some type of correspondence is required to satisfy an order.

Shipping Policy
Our Vinyl Records uses USPS for shipping items.
For US buyers, we offer a choice of First Class, *Media Mail, Priority or Express. Please keep in mind that Media Mail can take up to 30 days or more for delivery while Priority is GUARANTEED to be delivered within 3 business days!
For International buyers, we offer a choice of Economy & Airmail Letter for items weighing less than 4 lbs. and Economy & Airmail Parcel Post for items weighing 4 lbs. or more. The actual cost of shipping to countries such as Iran and India is higher than the eBay shipping calculator's "Europe" quoted rate, so please CONTACT US for an exact European Shipping Cost.
Shipping Insurance
Insurance is included in the cost of all shipping fees and the cost of packaging is factored in.
PACKAGING
All items are secured with a layer of bubble and/or foam wrap and shipped in corrogated cardboard boxes.
